How the Session Flows

When: Mostly on the 3rd and 4th Sundays of the month

Time: 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET
Duration: 60 minutes
Contribution: Complimentary (Free to Join)
Flow: Welcome → Short check-in → Guided Meditation → Relax & assimilate practice
Where: Live on Zoom
